Terms & Conditions 

At Miss Arlo Hair Salon, we value our clients' time and strive to provide the best service possible. When you book an appointment with us, please understand that we reserve that time specifically for you. Late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows can significantly impact our business and inconvenience other clients who could have utilized that time slot.

 

We understand that emergencies happen, and we are empathetic towards unforeseen circumstances. However, consistent patterns of late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows are not sustainable for our business. We kindly request your cooperation in providing us with ample notice for any changes to your appointment.

 

By booking with Miss Arlo Hair Salon, you agree to abide by the aforementioned policies regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and the special requirements for Tuesday appointments. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with exceptional service.

 

Please note: This booking policy is subject to change. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.

Premium Service & Client Etiquete 

Miss Arlo aims to provide a pampered and bespoke service to each client every visit.

To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly request that you observe the following:

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to allow others to fill your appointment slot.

We strive to create a relaxing environment, so we kindly ask you to put your phone on silent and respect everyone else's time and relaxation.

Children are welcome, but we encourage you to bring something to entertain them.

 

If you schedule a colour appointment, please avoid wearing white or high-collar tops as we aim to prevent any damage to garments during the colouring and rinsing process. Miss Arlo does not take responsibility for any clothing or personal items.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

By booking an appointment at Miss Arlo you are agreeing to our cancellation policy and consenting to any cancellation charges.

 

We ask that to cancel or reschedule your appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for Appointments Wednesdays to Saturday and any appointments booked for Tuesdays require notice 72 hours before Appointments start time to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact the salon via email at molly.com.au or phone 0410 222 552. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a fee of 50% of the value of the book service to be charged cancellation fees must be paid before any future appointments will be booked. A confirmation email will be sent one week prior to your appointment and text will be sent 72 hours before your service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact the salon by the details above.

Adjustment Policy 

By booking an appointment at Miss Arlo you agree to the following Adjustments Policy.

 

We understand that sometimes adjustments need to be made, please contact the salon within a 7 day period from the day and time of service via email hello@missarlo.com.au or via phone 0410222552 for any adjustments required.

After 7 days any adjustments will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

All adjustments will be scheduled as soon as possible with the highest priority based on stylist availability, to ensure a timely resolution.

Adjustments are only applicable if the original style or colour was performed at Miss Arlo and does not meet the agreed upon expectation discussed during the consultation. Significant changes from the original request are not considered adjustments and will be charged as a new service.
